Greg Verdino A promising debut collection of fun summer-friendly synthwave. Most of the tracks work a familiar but effective formula (repeating 16th or 8th note basslines, simple 80s beats, sharp synths and simple melodies), while the title track channels Footloose-style dance pop (an instrumental spin on “Let’s Hear It For The Boy” maybe?) and Full Throttle goes full outrun (with a bit of a Dead or Alive vibe as well, to my ears). A worthwhile listen for fans of the dreamwave usuals (Timecop etc etc) but also folks who like the more raw vibes of artists like Herr Doktor or even Evanton. Favorite track: Don't Say Goodbye.

David Rotenburger Fun and happy retro synth for those nostalgiaholics who know (as I do) how awesome the 80's were! Sensational debut release from newcomer Powerrun is certainly worth a listen and a buy! Favorite track: Runaway.
